With the improvement of people’s life quality and consumption level,the number of cars increases rapidly,and the demand for parking lot increases.In order to alleviate the problem of parking difficulties and the shortage of land resources,many shopping malls use underground space to build parking lots.As the "microphone" between the user and the business body,the guide system plays an important role in whether the user can have a pleasant experience in the shopping mall.The commercial underground parking lot guide system can not only effectively alleviate the parking difficulties,improve the utilization rate of land,but also promote the development of shopping malls.Nowadays,there are still many problems in the commercial underground parking lot in China.For example,in the space environment,the width of the underground parking lot channel is unreasonable,the light is dim,the ground is wet,and the entrance and exit design has the potential safety risks,the guidance information is chaotic,the guidance mode is not uniform,the intelligent information is less involved,the text size can not meet the needs of space guidance,and the lack of humanized design etc.In view of the above found,this thesis from the perspective of user experience,at the same time combined with environmental psychology,cognitive psychology,experience economy,industrial design,and other fields,the user experience theory into the commercial underground parking lot guide system design,and put forward the commercial underground parking lot guide system design principles and methods.From the perspective of user experience,this thesis takes the commercial underground parking lot as the research object,and discusses from three chapters: problem discovery,problem analysis and problem solving.First of all,through the domestic and foreign user experience and guide system research data,combing the guide system and the user experience,and illustrate the study and the purpose of this thesis,for the construction of the commercial underground parking lot guide system to provide a more perfect and reasonable design ideas,to provide users with a more comfortable parking environment.Secondly,through the combing of the basic concepts,we can understand the development of "user experience","guidance system" and "underground parking lot",so as to provide theoretical support for the subsequent research.Through the investigation of many commercial underground parking lots in Nanchang city,analyze the problems existing in the commercial underground parking lots,understand the needs of users,and seek the solution of the commercial underground parking lot guidance system.Finally,according to user feedback and research data,the pain points of underground parking lot in China are summarized,the factors affecting the users’ psychology or behavior of users are found out,summarized and summarized,and the design methods and strategies of commercial underground parking lot guidance system suitable for users are put forward.By discovering the user’s behavior,psychological,physiological aspects,from the perspective of users,create a high-quality commercial underground parking lot that meets the needs of modern people.This thesis is mainly through the perspective of user experience,discusses the design of commercial underground parking lot guide system,at the same time using domestic and foreign excellent literature case,analyze the problems existing in the establishment of commercial underground parking lot guide system,suitable for commercial underground parking lot guide system design strategy,for the construction of commercial underground parking lot guide system to provide a more perfect and reasonable design method,at the same time can provide certain reference for the study of commercial underground parking lot guide system.
