On the basis of industrial chain theory,Maslow's demand theory,demand and supply theory and relevant literature research,this paper uses case analysis and SPSS empirical analysis to analyze the current situation of creating cultural consumption demand in China's animation industry through data such as the output value and per capita income level of the animation industry in the past ten years on the basis of preliminary exploration of the issue of creating cultural consumption demand in the animation industry.It can be seen that China's animation industry's total cultural consumption demand is rapidly rising,its consumption capacity is continuously improving,its audience scale is gradually expanding,its consumption platforms are increasingly rich,its policy support is continuously strengthening,its animation industry market is continuously expanding,but its consumption market structure is not perfect,and so on.Mainly from the demand side,supply side and other aspects of the three dimensions of factors,selected as research variables of several indicators,After correlation analysis and demonstration and confirmation by stepwise regression method,the conclusion shows that the animation industry derivative scale market has a correlation with income level,cultural consumption expenditure,government investment,Internet users scale and the proportion of low-grade works.In the process of creating cultural consumption demand,income level and government investment have great influence on the development of animation industry.Therefore,a diversified model of creating cultural consumption demand is established in the development of animation industry.Based on the analysis of the current situation of creating cultural consumption demand in China's animation industry and the exploration of the factors affecting the creation of cultural consumption demand in the animation industry,this paper starts with the issue of creating cultural consumption demand.Through a case study of " Piggy Page",a British cartoon,it is demonstrated that in terms of supply,high-quality works create demand,while in terms of operation mode,cultural consumption demand is created through brand innovation,unified authorization management and marketing strategy innovation.From the three levels ofgovernment,enterprises and universities,this paper puts forward the driving mode for animation industry to create cultural consumption demand,and on the basis of this mode,puts forward the concrete countermeasures and paths for China to create cultural consumption demand in animation industry.
