Research On The Driving Mode Of Innovation And Upgrading Of China's Animation Industry

As an important industry of the tertiary industry,cultural industry is recognized as the most promising "sunrise industry" in twenty-first Century.It has special significance to promote innovation and upgrade of traditional industry and enhance the comprehensive national strength and regional competitiveness.Because of its strong innovation and rapid economic growth,the animation industry has gradually become a new growth point of China's economic development in recent years.There are more and more insiders believing that the period around 2015 is the "inflection point" of animation industry.In this context,it is necessary to review the outcome of the animation industry in recent years,which can provide theoretical support for the development of the industry.Through the study of important literature at home and abroad.This paper combs information of the critical periods of the development of the industry,the typical enterprise cases and important data,etc.in recent decades of China.This paper sets up a model from the perspective of scale,quality,especially the driving force to analyze the development of Chinese animation industry.This paper establishes an index system of innovation and upgrading of the animation.A wide range of data collected mainly from 6 aspects,say,technology,investment,policy and so on.Through usage of the factor analysis method,this paper finally obtains the main index and its driving factors with the help of SPSS software.Next,this paper summarized the driving factors of innovation of Chinese animation industry,and established an evaluation model to calculate the weighting factor.Finally this thesis summarizes the driving factors of innovation and upgrading of the animation industry,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the existing problems.This paper found that the financial driving force for capital industry has been increasing,the policy driving force has been in growth too.But policy driving force has been in decline since 2011,partly because of the domestic television cartoon production index fluctuation,on the other hand it also shows that with the policy of the accumulation of the diminishing marginal effects.Endogenous industry is more and more strong description of the industry,after a certain accumulation,it has a good infrastructure industry.In order to promote the healthy development of the Animation industry,the policy can focus on three aspects:First,mergers and acquisitions to form an industrial chain platform,Second,is to improve the platform of intellectual property;Third,build a platform for original power services.This paper found that the financial driving force for this industry has been increasing,so does the policy driving force.However,the policy driving force has been in decline since 2011.On the one hand,it's because of the domestic television cartoon production index fluctuation;one the other hand,it shows that with the accumulation of the policy,its marginal effects diminished.Endogenousness of the industry is stronger and stronger,which indicates that the industry is equipped with favorable infrastructure after a certain accumulation.In order to promote the healthy development of the Animation industry,the policy can focus on three aspects:First is to merger and restructured to form an industrial chain platform.Second is to improve the platform of intellectual property.And last is to build a platform for original power services.
