On the basis of supply theory,consumption economy theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and relevant literature research,this paper uses literature research,case analysis and system analysis to preliminary explore the Mechanism and path of cultural tourism projects to create cultural consumption demand.On the basis of a systematic study of the concepts of cultural tourism projects and cultural consumption demand,the concept of creating cultural consumption demand is deepened according to the requirements of logic on definition.This paper analyzes the development trend of China's tourism consumption demand and the mechanism of cultural tourism projects in creating cultural consumption demand.This paper analyzes the opportunities for Hebei Province to create cultural consumption demand by creating cultural tourism projects,and points out that Hebei Province has a broad tourism market prospect,rich tourism cultural resources,and increasingly perfect transportation and hardware facilities.On the basis of supply and demand,the author puts forward the problems in creating demand for developing cultural tourism projects in Hebei province.Generally speaking,the development is slow and at the lower and middle level in the country.There are structural shortages in the supply and consumption of cultural tourism projects.From the perspective of supply side reform and the creation of boutique cultural tourism projects,the following conclusions are drawn: the cultural connotation is not enough,lack of brand characteristics;the structure of cultural tourism projects is irrational,the resource integration efficiency is low;the investment channel is single,and the social capital is biased less;the industrial chain is incomplete,the driving effect is low;marketing planning is weak,attraction and influence are not strong.Based on the analysis of the case of creating cultural demand in Xingxiang ancient town in Taihang,Hebei province,this paper explores the pattern of creating cultural consumption demand in Xingxiang ancient town,demonstrates the important influence of attraction,cultural experience,investment,popularity and other aspects on creating demand to lead consumption,and makes SWOT analysis on it.This paper selects the cultural tourism project in Yuanjiacun,Shanxi Province,and analyzes the successful factors in creating culturalconsumption demand from its brand characteristics,capital property rights and management mode and its experience and enlightenment to our province.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of typical cultural tourism projects inside and outside the province,this paper discusses the driving mode and driving mechanism of creating cultural consumption demand for cultural tourism projects in Hebei province from five aspects of brand characteristics,cultural experience,investment mechanism,management system and popularity construction,and puts forward the specific path of creating cultural consumption demand for cultural tourism projects in Hebei province.
