With the increasing attention paid to vocational education by the state,in recent years,the state has issued a series of policies in order to improve the level of vocational education and train high-quality vocational skilled personnel.However,due to the unstable foundation formed by students in secondary vocational schools at the stage of compulsory education,coupled with the critical period of psychological transition,physical and mental changes make personality development unstable and psychological endurance low.The lack of necessary psychological preparation and coping methods in the face of setbacks results in a strong sense of frustration,which easily leads to emotional distress and psychological obstacles.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to take appropriate intervention measures to improve the frustration of secondary vocational students,learn to cope with frustration,rationally adjust their emotions and behavior,improve their mental health level and provide a theoretical basis for mental health education of secondary vocational students.In this study,the mental health classroom teaching method was used to give targeted psychological intervention to the first grade students in a secondary vocational school,and the intervention program was implemented.The frustration questionnaire was used to test the group of subjects.Two classes with better homogeneity were selected as experimental class and control class.The experimental class was intervened once a week for 40 minutes continuously.For eight weeks,the control class did not implement intervention programs,including knowledge teaching,role playing,case analysis and so on.In addition to the psychological intervention of the experimental class,case intervention was conducted by interviews.Finally,the data obtained from the questionnaire and the feedback survey were used to evaluate the intervention effect.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: the total score of frustration in theexperimental class is significantly different from that in the control class,and the total score of frustration in the experimental class is lower than that in the control class in all dimensions;there is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the pre-test,but there is a significant difference between the two after-test.In the case study,the level of frustration of the case has been significantly reduced by the measurement of the questionnaire and feedback of the case’s self-report changes,which indicates that the psychological intervention program has a good intervention effect and can be used as an effective intervention means.Through the psychological intervention to the frustration of secondary vocational school students,the research effectively reduces the level of frustration of students,verifies the research hypothesis,shows that the intervention research has certain practical application value,can be applied to the psychological health education classroom of secondary vocational school students,strengthens the attention of secondary vocational school to the psychological health education of students,and also helps to better open secondary vocational school.Develop frustration education practice.
