Vocational education as an important part of education in our country, it has trained a lot of professional and technical personnel for the society, their psychological health have very important influence on society, including the secondary vocational student’s inferiority complex for its future of life and work have great influence, and through the literature research found that the secondary vocational student’s inferiority complex is common psychological problems, so this research, and to seek the intervention strategy.This study mainly involves two aspects: one is the secondary vocational student’s inferiority complex overall characteristic. Through sampling survey, 500 questionnaires, 462 valid questionnaires. Second passed beyond the inferior group counseling to improve secondary vocational student’s feeling of inferiority. This study the following conclusions:(1)yunnan province orthopedics secondary specialized school students inferiority complex whole below the average.(2)than the high-grade low-grade students in learning self-confidence dimension easier for students to self-esteem.(3) the girls are more likely than boys to feel inferior.(4) the han nationality students in learning ability dimension less than other minority experience the inferiority.(5) the students from the villages and towns than students from counties and cities are more likely to feel inferior.(6) the cost of living will of students’ sense of inferiority have a certain impact, when the cost of living up to 1000 yuan and above, the cost of living of student inferiority complex impact is very small, the cost of living is lower than 1000 yuan it is easy for students to feel inferior.(7) self study subjective evaluation will affect the inferiority complex, self learning evaluation is bad than self learning by the students good students are more likely to feel inferior.(8) the parents by the higher the degree of education, the child is not easy to produce inferiority, easier to health of body and mind.(9) to the satisfaction of the school, the higher the degree of acceptance of the student is not easy to inferiority.(10) personality self assessment introverted students more easily than evaluate outgoing students inferiority.(11) whether the one-child, studying way, family upbringing of inferiority complex did not have a significant impact. Thus Group psychological guidance is an effective way to help improve the vocational students inferiority complex.(12) through the group psychological counseling on secondary raw inferiority complex intervention effect is remarkable. The group psychological counseling from acceptance inferiority of objectivity, speak their inferiority and seek countermeasures; Correct understanding of personality, to find their own strengths and value; Deal with traumatic events in the life of inferiority; Acceptance of self; To create a good interpersonal relationship; Learn to control their emotions; Planning your learning, do the study master, etc group psychological counselling, the inferiority of the experimental group members have improved, tutoring warm atmosphere, the students realize the trust between each other and support each other, so group psychological counseling is an effective way to help the secondary vocational student’s improvement of inferiority complex.
