Research On The Optimization Of Private Film Business Model In China Under The Background Of Transformation And Upgrading

With the transformation and upgrading of China's film industry and the intensification of market competition,private films are facing severe challenges,which have boosted the remodeling of the value chain of traditional business models and need to be constantly optimized.The main body of this paper can be divided into three parts.The first part is the development history and current situation of the private film industry.The development history is the formation reasons of the private film industry and the historical track under the influence of policies.In order to deeply analyze the private film business model in industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper combines the value chain theory to analyze its internal laws and key links.Therefore,the second part further elaborates the private film business model and its innovation points in industrial transformation and upgrading through value chain analysis and business model element analysis.The third part puts forward the problems faced by private films in the application of new technologies,financing channels,marketing and distribution channels,improvement of industrial chain,talent management,and balance between capital and entertainment,and finds out the solutions to these problems.
