Study On Rural Touri Sm Transformation And Upgrading In Jiguang Village Of Ebian County From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

As an important lever to incite rural revitalization and achieve an important breakthrough in rural revitalization,rural tourism had the characteristics of expanding the industrial chain,increasing the added value of agricultural products and improving the comprehensive benefits.Along with the advancement of rural revitalization,a large number of production factors such as talents,capital,and technology increasingly flew to the countryside and lay a solid foundation for the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism.At the same time,the development of rural tourism would put forward higher requirements for the industrial structure,ecological environment and infrastructure of the rural areas,social governance,cultural atmosphere,and,etc..However,economic development in underdeveloped regions was slow,rural tourism development lacked scientific planning management,tourism infrastructure was backward,and tourism functions were not perfect,which made rural tourism less attractive.In addition,the research on the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism from the perspective of “rural revitalization” in the academic world was almost in a blank state.Therefore,under the background of rural revitalization,how to realize the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism and solve the predicament of rural tourism development was a subject of both practical and theoretical significance.Based on the relevant research at home and abroad,this study combined the actual development of rural tourism development with national policies in China,and selected the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee Organization Department to help poor villages(Jiguang Village of Ebian Yi Autonomous County)as the research object.Many research methods were applied in this paper,such as literature research,inductive analysis,field research and other methods,to have a in-depth exploration of rural tourism transformation and upgrading from the perspective of rural revitalization.Firstly,the related concepts were analyzed,and the tourism transformation and upgrading theory and industrial chain theory were deeply studied.Secondly,the relationship between rural revitalization and rural tourism transformation and upgrading was analyzed.On this basis,from the four aspects of guiding ideology,upgrading principle,target system and implementation path,the theoretical framework of rural tourism transformation and upgrading from the perspective of rural revitalization was constructed.This paper proposed the implementation path of rural tourism transformation and upgrading: expand the industrial chain(extension chain),optimize the ecological chain(excellent chain),integrate the cultural chain(melt chain),improve the governance chain(strong chain)and improve the life chain(replenishment chain).The path was combined with the empirical study area to make a specific analysis.This study enriched the theory of rural tourism development to a certain extent,aiming to build a theoretical framework for the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism,providing a theoretical basis for the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism and tourism-related development,and offering a paradigm for the development of rural tourism in similar areas.
