Study On The Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services

On the basis of the concept of culture,service,public service and rural public cultural service,based on the theory of new public service and the hypothesis of economic man,the supply of public cultural service in the rural area of XueHu Town,Yongcheng was investigated.The research shows that the rural public cultural service in XueHu town has such problems as weak infrastructure,insufficient supply,separation of supply and demand,structural imbalance,insufficient talent reserve and so on.Through the analysis of the collected questionnaire survey,the main reasons for the problems are:the service consciousness of the town government is not strong,the ability of performing the job is insufficient;the supply force is single,the social strength is short,and the subject of supply and demand is not smooth.In order to improve the rural public culture service supply effect in XueHu town,its government should perfect expression mechanism from the needs of farmers and strengthen the farmers’ supply ability,the introduction of multiple social forces including capital and volunteers to participate in the rural public culture service supply,XueHu town government must increase the jurisdiction of rural financial resources including talent reserves and related infrastructure and equipment,investment in several aspects.
