Research On The Cultural Governance Of Modern Technology Ethical Risk

Modern technology is surging and promoting the rapid development of the economic society.The world is branded with people.However,excessively narrating modern technology will lead people to an unprecedented danger.Modern technology ethical risks were kicked off by the two World Wars and the Great Depression.No doubt,the ethical risks in modern technology imply that human has gone into the global risk society.But culture is a dynamic and organic system.It can be the objective and field where people research the modern technology ethical risks.From the perspective of cultural governance,we should be based on the cultural governance,in view of synthesis and integrity to analyze modern technology ethical risks systematically,finding a way for people to step out from the dilemma “risk society”.The development of modern technology has triggered ethical risk.Technology is a double-edged sword and its effects are increasing obvious.It is full of profound implications for us to look at the modern technology ethical risks from the cultural governance's perspective.First,researching the necessities of technology ethical risks in view of cultural governance,seizing the logical relationship between technology ethical risk and culture,presenting the practical state from three aspects: government,society and individual,emphasizing through cultural governance to achieve cooperative governance on technology ethical risks.Second,stating the protection function,integrative function,cultivation function of cultural governance,extracting and proving cultural governance should advocate the four principles,humanity,justice,equality and good governance.Third,faced with the global ethical risks,proposing the measures from four aspects: cultural governance's concept,mechanism,regulation,environment in order to implement the technology ethical risk prevention.
