Research On The Internet Financial Ethics Anomie And Countermeasures

With the increase of the influence and penetration of the Internet in all industries,it has also infiltrated the financial sector in a unique way,and Internet finance has emerged.Internet financial in improving the financial ecological environment at the same time,also to the traditional financial institutions,financial markets and financial regulation has brought new challenges,the financial industry is facing ethical issues to be solved,such as,Internet financial enterprises blindly pursuing expansion and the maximization of profit;Defrauding borrowers with hidden terms and carrying high interest rates;When the borrower is unable to repay the loan,it will be extorted by the lending platform,and the lending platform will increase the risk of borrowing by information asymmetry.At present,the issue of ethical anomie in Internet finance has aroused great attention from the government,society and relevant business circles,and relevant research on Internet financial ethics is imperative.From the perspective of the development trend of Internet finance,based on the financial ethics,combining with the actual situation of Internet financial ethics anomie,this paper puts forward an effective countermeasure analysis of Internet financial ethics anomie.This paper will be divided into five parts: the introduction part,mainly by reviewing the development history of the Internet financial and ethical anomie phenomenon to analysis,study the reason and significance of selected topic,expounds the research status of Internet financial ethics construction at home and abroad,through literature analysis,interdisciplinary study,empirical research method and comparative method to study,is given in this paper,the innovation points.The second part mainly elaborates the basic problem of Internet finance ethics namely the connotation and value of Internet finance ethics and the ethical principle that Internet finance should follow.The third part mainly discusses the theoretical basis of Internet financial ethics,namely marxist economic ethics theory,China's traditional economic ethics theory and the emerging network ethics theory.The fourth part mainly analyzes the Internet financial ethics anomie and its cause analysis.In the fifth part,through the review of the previous four parts,the author puts forward the countermeasure analysis of the Internet financial ethics anomie,which is to discuss the government,industry and the countermeasures of the ethical construction of the individual.
