| At this stage,China is in a period of rapid social transformation.Social transformation has brought a lot of changes in politics,economy,culture and life.Therefore,marriage and family have also been greatly affected,showing their own unique cultural characteristics.Changes in people’s views on marriage and family and many uncertain factors deeply affect people’s social life order,which puts pressure on people’s psychology and emotions.The "fast-food" lifestyle rhythm has greatly weakened the emotions.From a certain point of view,marriage and family have become the same as fast-food.The utilitarian pursuit has made the marriage relationship unstable,which has brought huge benefits to the stability of marriage and family test.This requires us to pay attention to current marriage problems and understand the development trend of marriage and family.Of course,the moral system of marriage and family is also a process of change and development.At the same time,it is also in the transition period of tradition and modernity.It is facing the dual pressure of traditional marriage ethics and modern marriage culture.Marriage ethical anomie refers to unethical behaviors in which people violate social laws,folk unwritten customary laws,moral norms,etc..people concerned fail to fulfill their marriage obligations and rights and have some negative impact on social development.The period of social transformation has caused some phenomena that are not conducive to social stability.In this way,social phenomena are more prominent in the cultural expression of marriage.The most representative is the increasing number of deviances in marriage which directly affects the stability of the family.This has become a problem that cannot be ignored in the field of marriage studies.This article analyzes the problems of marital ethics from the perspective of anomie theory,lprobing intothe problems and performance of marriage and family in the context of transition as well as the reasons behind the anomie so that its development trend could be diagnosed.This article is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction,which clarifies the reason for choice of the topic,the significance of the research,the current status of the research,the research methods,the overview of Hou cun.It is the introduction of the Hou Village in field work,the natural environment of Hou Village,historical lineage,and the social status of Hou Village.The second part is the main body,which is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly describes the Hou Village tradition and the contemporary Miao marriage forms and contrasts them from the aspects of love,marriage rituals,marriage statutes,and gender relations in marriage.The second chapter is the manifestation of the marriage ethics of the Hmong,the loss of the marriage ceremony,and that of the relationship between the sexes in marriage.The third chapter focuses on marriage ethics.Through the in-depth analysis and description of the marriage culture in the previous chapter,it embodies the content of ethics of marriage and seeks out the reasons behind it.This is due to the impact of changes in marriage culture in the big environment,the lack of research on community norms,and the influence of family environment and the quality of both parties to the marriage.The third part is the concluding remarks,reflecting on the current situation of contemporary marriage in the Hou village of the Miao people and giving some thoughts on the thematic issues. |
