Research On Network Ethics Anomie

Since the 1990 s,Internet technology has been developing rapidly in the world,and the network has greatly influenced the traditional social structure and people's living conditions.Through the Internet technology and information revolution,mankind has opened up the information age and created an unprecedented social network.Due to the particularity of network itself,traditional social ethics has very limited binding force on people's network behavior.Various network ethical anomie phenomenon appears frequently.These behaviors not only harm others,pollute the network environment but also have a strong impact on the stability and harmony of the real society.Compared with the development speed of network technology,the current research on network ethics is not enough.This paper hope through the study of network moral anomie phenomena,causes and governance,to regulate the behavior of the network,to purify the network space,improve Internet moral accomplishment,some revelation and reference for the development of maintaining social stability.This paper adopts literature research method,case analysis method and interdisciplinary research method,and makes a comprehensive study on the problem of network ethics anomie in China.An introduction to the main content is divided into four parts: the first chapter mainly explain the significance of this article,research methods and innovation points,combed the domestic and foreign academic circles research present situation and problems of network moral anomie.The second chapter describes the concept of network ethical anomie.This paper explores the theoretical basis of network ethics,anomie and ethical anomie.This paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between network ethics and social ethics: it believes that network ethics and social ethics are the same in essence,the former is the extension and extension of the latter.The related concepts and theoretical origin of network ethical anomie are discussed comprehensively.The third chapter discusses the phenomena and causes of network ethical anomie.The chapter with the method of case to analyze the network language violence and vulgar information,invasion of privacy,and destroy the network operation of network moral anomie phenomenon,and the multi-angle analysis on the causes,from microscopic psychological thought: the social transition period brought negative to the network main body of social mentality,the particularity of the network society makes the behavior of Internet users easy to escape the rules of social ethics.From the perspective of macro-society,the imperfect network ethics system,the weak moral consciousness of the whole citizen,and the lag of the network social supervision mechanism are all important factors that lead to the loss of network ethics.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the previous three chapters,from the theoretical principles and practical countermeasures to give a governance approach.In theory,the principle of universal participation,the principle of social ethics and the principle of protecting against complementary are put forward.In practice,we should pay attention to the construction of realistic social ethics and morals,and create a good network atmosphere.To advocate the traditional Confucian thought of "careful independence" to strengthen the self-restraint consciousness of the Internet subject;The innovation network management system,perfect network security legislation and so on are the effective countermeasure to control network ethics anomie problem,purify network space environment.
