With the formulation and development of the "Chinese Dream" and "One Belt and One Road" strategy,the upsurge of learning Chinese along the line is much higher than before.As a cooperative partners of good neighborliness,the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste has also actively joined the countries along the “Belt and Road”.Timor-Leste is one of the poorest countries in the world,it was limited by the poor material conditions and backward education.As a Chinese language teacher,how can let students understand what they think the most difficult language Chinese is not difficult to learn?" Learning to be relaxed and joyful has become an inevitable problem for teachers and it need to be thought seriously.Traditional Chinese teaching mainly draws on the results of foreign language teaching research in foreign countries and the experience of Chinese language teaching.It has mainly formed a teacher-oriented teaching model through grammar translation methods,but it has not achieved good teaching results.Since the game teaching method was introduced into the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,it has been more popular with students and recognized by most teachers because of its unique characteristics of interest,practicality,flexibility and enjoyment.Teaching Chinese as a second language focuses on cultivating the ability of learners to communicate effectively using the target language.Through the design and application of classroom game activities in different teaching sessions,the East Timor Chinese Cultural Center learners feel relaxed and happy.And participate in the environment of communicating in Chinese,provide students with more opportunities to put Chinese into game activities,reduce their fear of difficulty through the form of game activities,make their Chinese learning not only interesting and effective so the learners can effectively master Chinese language skills and persist in learning Chinese.The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of game teaching method in the different teaching stages of the comprehensive course of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,in order to find out the problems that should be paid attention to when using game teaching methods in different teaching stages,and strive to achieve better teaching results in the futureteaching.The first chapter is the preface part,which mainly discusses the background of the topic selection,the selected research objects and the research methods,and defines the core concepts related to the topic of this paper.Finally,analyze the domestic and foreign related literature of the game teaching method.The second chapter is about the principles of game teaching in Chinese as a foreign language and the characteristics of different teaching sessions in the classroom.It also explains with specific examples.This paper puts forward six principles for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language: the principle of clear teaching objectives,the principle of reasonable control of time,the principle of suitability of teaching objects,the principle of proper frequency of games,the principle of simplicity of language rules,and the principle of cultural participation.With reference to the concept of the integrated course of primary Chinese as a foreign language,the teaching process in this article is divided into the following four parts: review,introduction,explanation and practice,and the characteristics of each teaching are explained.Finally,it discusses the feasibility of using game teaching method in different teaching links.The third chapter is the design and analysis of the application of classroom games in different teaching sessions.From the macro perspective,the article first divides the design and application steps of classroom games into three stages: the early stage,the middle stage and the later stage.Then from the microscopic point of view,the game activities designed and applied in the four different teaching sessions are displayed separately,and the game activities of each session are analyzed in detail in conjunction with related theories.The fourth chapter analyzes and suggests the effectiveness of the application of classroom games in different teaching sessions.This chapter mainly investigates and studies Chinese classes and adult class students of the East Timor Chinese Culture Center through classroom observation and interview records.According to the results,four suggestions are proposed: First,the classroom game activities in the review session should be short and fast;second,the classroom game activities in the introduction should be more interesting to motivate learning motivation;third,the classroom game teaching activities should pay attention to distinguishing the different roles of the game;Fourth,the classroom game activities in the drill should be more comprehensive and rich.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part.Summarize the main points of this article,summarize the deficiencies of the article and the innovative part of the article.
