Chinese character teaching is an extremely important part of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.It is also a big trouble for Chinese learners of Chinese as a second language.For a long time,Chinese character teaching has always been a short board for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This is not only related to the complexity of the characters themselves,but also related to the long-time dependent situation of Chinese characters teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Due to the long-time lack of sufficient attention,Chinese character textbooks,especially intermediate Chinese character textbooks,are not only limited in quantity but also generally lack of innovation.With the deepening of related research in recent years,the Chinese character teaching community has gradually begun to reflect on the relationship between “language” and “characters” in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.And they have written some intermediate Chinese Character textbooks that have unique writing concepts in line with the cognitive rules of Chinese characters.Compared with the previous textbooks of “Learning Chinese Characters with Spoken language”,this kind of teaching material is free from the shackles of the comprehensive teaching material,can start from the learner’s cognition law,adopts the innovative writing idea and the style,concentrates on the cultivation of the learner’s Chinese character ability,is advantageous to exert the learner’s independent study the superiority,obtains the positive Chinese character acquisition effect.On the basis of absorbing predecessors ’research results,this thesis compares two sets of more innovativeintermediate Chinese character textbooks-Chinese Character: Cognitive and Chinese Characters Easy to Learning: Developing Learners-published in recent years from five aspects of compiling idea,learning strategy guidance,teaching material style,compiling content and practice mode.By comparison,the thesis sums up the advantages and disadvantages of the two textbooks,and puts forward some suggestions for compiling the intermediate and intermediate Chinese character textbooks.The first part of this thesis expounds the research background,research contents,research methods and current research status,It mainly introduces the present situation of Chinese character teaching and the research and compilation of Chinese character textbooks.And it has summarized the published Chinese character textbooks.The second part of the thesis expounds the theoretical basis of the compilation of Chinese character textbooks,and from the cognitive theory and the cognitive approach,the teaching theory of Chinese character teaching and the “character-based” theory,and discusses the positive influence they played in compiling Chinese character textbooks.The third part of the thesis analyzes the comparability of two intermediate Chinese character textbooks,Chinese Character: Cognitive and Chinese Characters Easy to Learning: Developing Learners.The thesis thinks that the comparison of the above two textbooks can establish the independence of Chinese character selection,the novelty of textbook publication,the pertinence of teaching materials and the similarity of teaching materials,etc.The fourth part of the thesis compares and evaluates the two textbooks of Chinese Character: Cognitive and Chinese Characters Easy to Learning:Developing Learners from five aspects,such as compiling idea,learning strategy guidance,textbook style,compiling content and practice model after class.And found that although the two textbooks select Chinese characters in Hanzi Dengji Dagang,and both of them emphasize on learning Chinese characters by shape-pronunciation characters,and both of them emphasize review and consolidation,and both of them are interested in raising the rate of repetition,but the way to achieve it is different.The last part of the thesis puts forward some suggestions on thecompilation of intermediate Chinese character textbooks from five aspects,in order to benefit the Compiling of intermediate Chinese character textbooks. |
