Research On Competitiveness Of Cultural And Creative Industry In Jiangsu Province

Under the current background of the knowledge economy and the post-industrial era,the cultural and creative industry is emerging as the sunrise industry.It has become the main industry of regional economic adjustment strategy under the structural reform of the country's supply side.So,the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries has become one of the important indicators of comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region.Vigorously developing cultural and creative industry and enhancing industrial competitiveness are the inevitable requirements for promoting high-quality industrial development.This will not only help increase the value of innovation in traditional industries and optimize the upgrading of industrial structures,but also help create new economic growth points and enhance the quality of regional economic development.As one of the provinces with strong national economic development,Jiangsu Province has the advantage of developing cultural and creative industry.It has issued a number of supportive policies and has achieved good results.By the end of 2015,the added value of Jiangsu's cultural industries accounted for more than 5% of GDP and ranked second in the country.However,rapid development also presents a phenomenon with low development quality,which is mainly manifested in the fact that the overall economic efficiency of the industry is not sufficiently high,the market system is not perfect,the input and output of the industry do not match,and the internal development is not balanced.It is necessary to use a variety of theoretical analysis tools to establish corresponding models to study the level and efficiency of competitiveness of cultural and creative industry.According to the results,it put forward relevant countermeasures to promote the development of cultural creative industry better and faster in Jiangsu province.Based on cultural creative industry competitiveness of Jiangsu province as the research object,the basic concept of cultural creativity has carried on the qualitative research,and systematically combing and summarizing the concept connotation and industry classification.This paper puts forward the concept connotation and specific industry classification of cultural creative industry.This paper briefly analyzes the development status of cultural creative industry in Jiangsu province by using qualitative methods,and introduces relevant industries and analysis of advantages and disadvantages.By studying the competitive connotation of cultural and creative industry,and using the basis of previous research,the evaluation index system of cultural creative industry competitiveness was constructed from the perspective of system.The Projection pursuit model based on genetic algorithm and DEA model are constructed,and the input and output index system of efficiency analysis is determined.Use PP-DEA model for the cultural creative industry competitiveness level and efficiency of the empirical research,including the longitudinal analysis of Jiangsu province from 2012 to 2015 the change trend of competitive level and efficiency,the horizontal comparative analysis the eastern part of our country competitive level and efficiency of the differences between 11 provinces and cities,and the use of four quadrant method and the competitiveness index comprehensive analysis of the result of the level and efficiency measurement.Finally,make it clear about Jiangsu province competitive level and efficiency of the situation during the study period.Aiming at the analysis results and the actual situation of Jiangsu province,the paper puts forward some measures to improve the competitiveness.
