Study On Industrial Competence Factors Of Cultural Creative Industry Based On Diamond Model

With the global rise of the cultural and creative industries, more and more scholars and government pay much attention to the theoretical study of cultural and creative industries.As an important component of the cultural and creative industries, movie industry have a certain effect to the overall development of cultural and creative industries. Beijing and Shanghai are two important economic and cultural cities in China, this article will choose these two cities as an example, using Porter's'Diamond Model'to analyze the key influencing factors of the movie industry, trying to point out the path of the movie industry development, and providing reference to the movie industry of other cities.According to our work, the dissertation will be divided into four parts:First, a brief introduction will be provides. Then, this paper will discuss some theoretical studies of cultural and creative industries. Next, some case studies about the competitiveness of movie industry in Beijing and Shanghai will be illustrated. Finally, this paper will provide some solutions about how to improve the industrial competitiveness in movie industry in China.The main research will contain the following aspects:First, some concepts about cultural and creative industries, industrial competitiveness and movie industry competitiveness will be demonstrated.Secondly, taking movie industry as an example, based on Porter's'Diamond Model', this paper will do the case study about Beijing and Shanghai's movie industrial competitiveness according to the four factors as follows:production factors, relating and supporting industries, corporate strategies, and structures and competition.Thirdly, based on the inspiration of the comparison of movie industrial competitiveness between Beijing and Shanghai, as well as the analysis of the problems relating to the movie industrial competitiveness, this paper will give some solutions and suggestions towards how to improve the competitiveness of Chinese movie industry.
