Faced with the pressure of further studies,high school student test anxiety is particularly common.Excessive test anxiety not only affects the review effect of senior high school students,but also affects their mental health level.How to deal with the problem of test anxiety and make the mental health of high school students in adolescence is worth our attention and thinking.Psychological resilience is precisely the ability to deal with stress,affect the individual response to the test and deal with the examination mood,adjust the ability of test anxiety.Family is the earliest place for children to be affected and educated.Whether the family function is good or not has a direct impact on the mental resilience and test anxiety of high school students.In this study,high school students were selected as subjects to explore the relationship between high school students’ family function,psychological resilience and test anxiety,and to provide educational advice for families and schools.In this study,family cohesion and Adaptability Scale(FACE Ⅲ),Adolescent Resilience Scale(RSCA)and short form of test anxiety(TAI)were used to investigate 737 students in three grades of a high school in Tianjin,and the following conclusions were reached:(1)The family function of high school students is at a moderate level of health,while there are significant differences in the grade,the home location and the degree of the father’s education.(2)The mental resilience of senior high school students is at the middle and upper level,and there are significant differences in sex,grade,only child,student origin and mother’s education level at the same time.(3)The test anxiety of senior high school students is at the middle and lower level,and there are significant differences in grade,which shows that the students in grade two have higher level of test anxiety.(4)Family function can significantly predict high school students’ test anxiety problem;mental resilience can significantly predict test anxiety problem;compared with family function,psychological resilience can predict test anxiety problem.(5)Family function can significantly positively predict psychological resilience.
