In the mental health development of senior high school students in China, the negative emotion of test anxiety is often concerned by students and parents. Some researchers pointed out that test anxiety has an adverse impact on the academic performance of high school students, and even affects the mental health of teenagers. This study found that the average score of the total test anxiety of the students in Grade1,Grade 2 and Grade 3 of senior high school was greater than 18.The score shows that some high school students are nervous and anxious during the exam.High school students’ test anxiety needs to be solved urgently. The study found that there was a negative correlation between psychological resilience and test anxiety. In addition, some studies have found that group activities can improve the psychological resilience of senior high school students. Therefore, this study attempts to explore the relationship between test anxiety, psychological resilience and learning pressure. At the same time, try to use group activities to reduce test anxiety. This paper mainly consists of three studies. In Study 1,614 subjects were tested with the test anxiety scale to investigate the current situation of high school students’ test anxiety. In Study 2,the levels of learning pressure, test anxiety and psychological elasticity of 614 senior high school students were measured, and the relationship between learning pressure, test anxiety and psychological elasticity was discussed. In Study 3,60 subjects were selected from study 2.30 people in the experimental group completed 8 weeks of group activity training, while 30 people in the control group did not intervene.Research shows:(1)Some senior high school students have higher test anxiety.(2)The test anxiety score of high school girls is higher than that of boys, and there are gender differences in test anxiety.(3)There is no significant difference in the level of test anxiety among senior high school students of different grades.(4)Whether high school students are the only child or class cadres, there is no significant difference in test anxiety scores.(5)High school students’ learning pressure and test anxiety are negatively correlated with psychological resilience. There is a positive correlation between learning pressure and test anxiety.Generally speaking, learning pressure plays a role in test anxiety through psychological elasticity,in which psychological elasticity plays a partial mediating effect.(6)Group training can increase the level of psychological elasticity of senior high school students, and then alleviate the test anxiety of senior high school students.
