The level of mental resilience can be used as an index to measure the level of mental health of junior high school students.As a positive psychological quality,it plays a promoting role in the growth of junior high school students,especially in learning.The group with high level of psychological resilience has a low level of test anxiety.Based on this,the present situation of resilience and test anxiety of junior high school students and the relationship between them are analyzed in this study.Design a set of concrete and feasible plan to improve the junior high school students' psychological flexibility level,and effectively alleviate their test anxiety.This study is divided into two parts.In the first part,two junior middle schools in Shijiazhuang City were randomly selected to investigate the students' mental resilience and test anxiety level.The second part was the group counseling of junior high school students' psychological resilience,which was based on the results of a survey.Students with low level of resilience and high level of test anxiety were selected for group counseling with the theme of resilience.The results of two studies showed that:1.Research on resilience:There wass no significant difference in the level of mental resilience between the junior high school students and the female students.Residence,grade,accommodation,single child,class cadre all had certain influence on junior high school students' psychological flexibility.2.A study of Test anxiety:There was no significant difference in the level of test anxiety among junior high school students of different genders and different grades;Residence,class cadre,single child and accommodation had certain influence on the test anxiety level of junior high school students.3.Study on the relationship between psychological elasticity and test anxiety: the factors and total scores of mental resilience of junior high school students were negatively correlated with test anxiety.4.The effect of group counseling: through counseling,junior high school students' level of psychological resilience has been significantly improved,and the level of test anxiety has been significantly reduced.Group counseling can effectively improve the level of resilience and then reduce the test anxiety of junior high school students.
