| Junior high school students are in adolescence,which has certain particularity.In order to complete the transformation from primary school students to junior high school students,they are faced with a variety of courses,heavy pressure of high school entrance examination,and frequent exams.All these problems aggravate exam anxiety.As a stable influencing factor of anxiety,perfectionism personality can have an important impact on test anxiety,while mental toughness,as a positive quality,can cushion the negative impact of perfectionism.Therefore,this study will explore the relationship between perfectionism,psychological resilience and test anxiety of junior high school students;To test whether the intervention of psychological resilience curriculum can improve psychological resilience,and then alleviate the test anxiety of junior high school students.Study 1: In order to explore the relationship between perfectionism,psychological resilience and test anxiety,664 students in H city were investigated with the Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(CFMPS),Youth Mental Resilience Scale and Test Anxiety Scale(TAS).The goal of the second study was to reduce test anxiety by having students take a resilience course.The experimental group and the control group were given pre-test,post-test and follow-up test after two months.A total of eight courses of psychological resilience intervention were conducted for two months.The results are as follows:(1)The difference of perfectionism is reflected in different grades,the difference of mental toughness is reflected in different grades and the level of paternal education,and the difference of test anxiety is reflected in the level of paternal education.(2)The psychological toughness of junior high school students has negative correlation with perfectionism and test anxiety respectively.The correlation between perfectionism and negative perfectionism and test anxiety is obviously positive.The correlation between negative perfectionism and mental toughness is obviously negative.There is a significant positive correlation between mental toughness and positive perfectionism.(3)Perfectionism and negative perfectionism have significant positive effects on test anxiety of junior high school students,and can indirectly predict test anxiety of junior high school students through psychological resilience.(4)The psychological resilience course has a significant effect on improving the psychological resilience of junior high school students and relieving test anxiety,and it has a continuous and stable effect.Research conclusion: perfectionism and negative perfectionism can directly affect test anxiety of junior high school students,and can also indirectly predict test anxiety of junior high school students through psychological resilience.Psychological resilience partially mediates between perfectionism and test anxiety,and partially mediates between negative perfectionism and test anxiety.The course of psychological resilience can effectively alleviate the test. |
