| In the last century,the piano grading examination was introduced to the mainland from HongKong.In the early 1990s,the first piano grading examination was officially launched in China under the leadership of the Chinese Musicians Association,which marked the beginning of the evaluation test of music education in China.The test is aimed at improving our national music literacy,so that the piano is more accessible to ordinary families.During the past thirty years,the mechanism of piano grading has been continuously developed in our country,which provides a platform for the majority of social music lovers and piano students to verify their study process and performance ability.This promotes the standardization of the piano teaching.What' s more,it is a good chance for the teachers who were limited to tutoring students at home,which changes the type of tutoring learning and gives them a chance to be tested.And hence that great positive significance,develops the popularity of the piano education.It is true that many problems arise when a new thing becomes popular in a country where politics,economy and culture are more special.This paper employs two sets of mainstream piano teaching material in China which were compiled by Chinese Musicians' Association and Musicians' Association of Hubei Province in order to analyze their commonality and diversity.The Chinese Musicians Association is a professional musicians' organization in the country,and Hubei Audio-visual Association is a local professional musicians 'organization,and the textbooks compiled by the two are more representative among the national examination textbooks.At the same time,this paper is to put forward the author's ideas,which can give some suggestions to the two sets of teaching materials in the future revision of teaching and other distinction reference,and also,to help the piano educators in guide the learners to better understand the teaching material system before the examination. |
