On May 10,2017,a survey on “the status of the development of Chinese nurse groups” jointly issued by the China Social Welfare Foundation,the 919 Care Nurses Program,and the Internet revealed that 51.2% of the nurses had suffered psychological trauma.Nurses suffering from psychological trauma will be more confused about their future lives,and their attitude towards life will become increasingly negative,finally leading to their lack of meaning in life.As an important resource that affects the individual’s mental health,Resilience can help nurses successfully deal with stressful events and can perform Self debugging,which is conducive to improving nurses’ mental health.In this study,485 nurses from the affiliated hospital of Henan University were randomly selected.They used the Perceived social support scale,The Purpose ln Life Test,and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale as tools.They used statistical methods such as regression analysis and Bootstrap to examine the relationship between perceived social support,meaning in life,and Resilience.And on this basis,intervene the nurse’s perceived social support and meaning in life,and further explore its impact on the level of Resilience of nurses.The findings are as follows:(1)There is no significant gender difference in perceived social support,but there are significant differences in terms of length of service and the departments;There is no significant difference in nurses’ meaning in life in terms of gender and length of service,but there are significant differences in the departments;There is no significant difference in the gender of the nurses’ Resilience.but there are significant differences in terms of length of service and the departments.(2)Perceived social support can positively predict the meaning in life;The meaning in life can positively predict Resilience,Perceived social support can positively predict Resilience.(3)The meaning in life plays a partial intermediary role in Perceived social support and Resilience.(4)The group counseling effectively improve the leve of Perceived social support and the meaning in life,not only have a good immediate effect,but also have a good tracking effect.(5)The group counseling can efectively enhanced the mental Resilience of the nurse,there is not only the good immediate effect,there is also a good tracking effect.
