Plato once said,"whoever can tell a story has a world." In recent years,storytelling has been widely used in various forms of film and television works of art,such as tourism propaganda,documentaries,reality TV shows,commercial advertisements,news columns,and so on,which can be described as outstanding contributions.It is also called by the industry as the most effective artistic technique,which can "turn decay into magic",and at a time when the demand of advertising for tourism propaganda film is becoming more prominent,it is not only reflected as an artistic technique under the narrative theory.But to a greater extent highlights as a very effective marketing strategy.Storytelling is a narrative technique,which in this paper refers to the use of all kinds of reasons in the film.Elements and techniques of the creation of tourism propaganda,thus achieving the purpose of publicity.From the imitation of feature films to the large-scale mass production of more radiation areas,from more than ten seconds of tourism advertisements to more than ten minutes of tourism microfilms,and then to the trend of tourism films,the development of tourism propaganda films can not be separated from the promotion of storytelling techniques.On
