| In recent years,the network technology has been developed very rapidly,and life network has become a trend,whether people’s life,study or work,have been linked with the network closely.It can be said that the Internet has transformed our life and brought infinite responsibilities to the development of society.However,every coin has two sides,network development is no exception.As the netware-based degree improves,ethical anomie problems such as the proliferation of network rumours,serious network violence,network infringement,network fraud and the use of the network to to spread negative values have appeared.These problems are obviously contrary to our country’s original intention of developing a harmonious society and the ecology network construction.If these issues cannot be dealt with effectively,it will not only get in the way of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,but also affect the social harmony and stability.Therefore,the state attaches great importance to combating cybercrime and purifying the network air.The development of information technology has derived the network ethics.The ethical issues that arise in the network require us to discuss and solve.The emergence of the cyber society makes people formed a new form of communication in the virtual world.This new form of communication has made some of the original moral norms based on real-world interaction difficult to play a role in and it has been impacted.And the new ethics system adapted to the needs of the network has not really established,the moral disorder in the cyber world is still serious.Researching and constructing a network ethics system are still the focus of ethical research.Aiming at the ethical problems existing in the network,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of network ethics with the guidance of socialist core values.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts,except the introduction and conclusion.Part one: related issues of network ethics.The concept of ethics and network ethics is expounded,and the social role of ethics and morality is elaborated.The construction of network ethics is given new content because of the characteristics of the network.At the same time,the network ethics does not contradict the actual ethics.Its composition is always rooted on the basis of realistic morality,and it is consistent with the value of real society morality.Part two: the network ethics problem and its cause.This part mainly expounds the expression form of network ethics problem and the cause of formation.The emergence of network ethics problem is not a simple technical problem,but the network activity participants in the application of the network methods and methods exist problems or the purpose of self-interested driving,only to find out the cause of the problem can build a good network ethics.Part three: basic ethical norms necessary for a healthy online life.It is necessary to follow the norms of justice,inclusiveness,self-discipline,reciprocity,respect andharmlessness.This is the requirement for effective governance and resolution of network ethics issues and building a healthy online life.Part four: The construction of network ethics.This part is the starting point of this article and is also the key part of this article.It is proposed that in the face of the existing network ethics issues,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of network ethics and morality,so that the network ethics becomes the self-consciousness of the subject of behavior,and then integrates into the practice of people’s network behavior.The gradual change from other laws to self-discipline is a deep measure to solve the network moral problems. |
