Cultural industry is a new industry in the national economy,which is a collection of culture,economy and creativity,and is a concentrated embodiment of a country's "soft power".Its development speed has surpassed that of traditional industries,and is gradually becoming a new economic growth point.Huxiang culture not only contains rich cultural resources,but also has a long history of humanities.Hunan's cultural industry has made rapid progress,however,comparing with the developed countries,the gap of development level is very large.In this paper,we take the 14 regions of Hunan as the research object,select 19 index data from 2010 to 2015,comprehensively evaluate the Hunan's cultural industry by combined evaluation,and the results are as follows:(1)According to the ranking results of the development level of cultural industry in the 14 regions of Hunan,the independent evaluation has a great difference,but the combination evaluation has a better optimization effect.(2)The four point analysis of the improved Topsis model shows that the overall trend of the development of Hunan's cultural industry is increasing from west to East.The trend from the periphery to the provincial capital Changsha is increasing,and the regional development is extremely uneven.(3)In general,the development of Hunan cultural industry shows a good trend,but the trend of development is not balanced and stable(4)The global Moran index value is positive show that the spatial distribution of Hunan cultural industry is significant positive correlation,and shows the agglomeration in the geographical space(5)The spatial and temporal evolution analysis shows that the number of "high—high" agglomeration area is increasing,which reflects the positive radiation effect of the eastern growth pole,which has led to more regional development.The number of "low—low" agglomeration areas has an increasing trend,which reflects that Eastern culture is not enough for western culture.Instead,it has absorbed the resources of cultural development due to geographical advantages and talent location advantages.The development of cultural industry in the "low—high" model area is not very stable.The "high —low" model has evolved from 3 places in Changsha,Hengyang and Changde to Changsha and Hengyang...
