Research On Cultural Industry Evaluation Index System

Firstly, the article, the basis of the existing evaluation system of cultural industry,Asia-Pacific Regional National Cultural Industry Forum UNESCO Jodhpur evaluationframework proposed by Porter’s diamond evaluation model and the pyramid model culturalindustries as a theoretical basis. then combining culture industry’s connotation and extension,establish a new cultural industry evaluation index system, which contains3indicators of thefirst levels, what’s cultural productivity, cultural driving force and cultural influence,7secondary indicators and18tertiary indicators. The system selects the quantitative indicators,compared with the existing evaluation system, which has more general applicability thanbefore and is easy to collect original data, able to evaluate all cities and regions and transversecomparison.Secondly, main factor analysis using built validation and application of indicators,selected31cities data on the eighteen-level indicators, structure and calculation of principalcomponents factor score variable function, automatic empowerment through the main factoranalysis, results evaluation model and the country’s31provinces and conducted acomprehensive evaluation, drawn31provinces composite score and ranking.Finally, by using Hebei province as the empirical research’s example, by analyzing thecurrent situation of the development of cultural industry in Hebe province, combined with theresults of a comprehensive evaluation, as reflected in the results for the evaluation of theexisting problems in Hebei Province the article proposed some suggestions andcountermeasures for Hebei’s development of cultural industry.
