Research On The Reserve Talents Training Of Dance Sports In Hubei Province From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

Dance sport backup talent cultivation is an important foundation for sustainable development of the dance sportsmovement,whether from a big province of dance sportsin hubei province to a powerful province of dance sports make the transition,ensure the sustainable development of the undertaking of hubei province dance sports,dance sport backup talent cultivation is very important.So this article uses the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,case analysis and factor analysis methodas the research method of dance sports in hubei backup talent cultivation of related work are studied,get the following conclusion:(1)hubeidance sports has a large population base,but has a small number of professionals,and a serious imbalance in the proportion of men and women;(2)hubei provincial dance sport coaches are mainly young and middle-aged,with a low proportion of higher education;(3)in hubei province,the training funds fordance sports reserve talents mainly come from students’tuition fees,the government and the market are less invested,and the competition funds are not sufficient.(4)there are fewer dance sports venues with more than 400m~2 on site resources,and there are unreasonable places in the professional curriculum setting.(5)the methods used in teaching are more traditional training methods,which do not embody the characteristics of"innovation";(6)the benefit of hubei dance sports reserve talents to the front-line transport athletes is not high.At the same time,a questionnaire was designed to influence the sustainable development factors of dance sports reserve talents in hubei province,and 36 main influencing factors were obtained and the expert scores were obtained.Then,SPSS software was used to categorize the names:human resource factor,economic factor,social media factor,development and competition environment factor,education and management system factor,and the analysis of each factor was carried out.On this basis,the author puts forward some Suggestions to strengthen the training of the reserve talents in hubei province:(1)strengthen the construction of dance sports teachers(coaches),establish standard and uniform standards for dance sports selection,and establish a scientific and reasonable training system for dance sports;(2)improve the funding mechanism,give full play to the role of dance sports association,regulate the teaching of dance sports clubs,and establish a sound legal guarantee;(3)make full use of social media resources and culture,actively explore and develop dance sports and sports dance culture,and inspire teenagers’interest in dance sports;(4)strengthen the leadership of the organization,create the atmosphere of dance sports development,develop the system of youth dance sports competition,and break down the idea of single closure;(5)we will deepen reform of the"teaching"and establish a perfect mechanism of talent training,establish a"one-stop"small,medium and university dance sports backup talent cultivation system,gradual"governmentleading,departmentcoordination,socialparticipation,"the diversification of dance sport backup talent cultivation mode.
