Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Sustainable Operation Of Cultural Tourism Town Construction Project

As the new urbanisation continues to push in,cultural tourism town construction projects have become a favourable initiative to crack the urban-rural problem,and are becoming increasingly popular for their unique cultural experience services.However,the current construction of cultural and tourism characteristic town has serious real estate tendency,unclear or distinctive industry,blind confidence,insufficient planning,emphasis on construction and light operation,etc.Taking the new era of cultural and tourism industry to promote the development of high quality as an opportunity,the article takes cultural and tourism town construction project as a research object,analyses the problems of sustainable operation of cultural and tourism town construction project,and establishes the Interpretative Structure Model(ISM)of the factors influencing sustainable implementation of cultural and tourism town construction projects,divides the hierarchical relationship of factors influencing sustainable operation of cultural and tourism town construction projects,and makes it a project of sustainable operation of cultural tourist town constructed by cultural tourism town.The study will propose ideas and methodologies for sustainable management of cultural tourism town projects.The article adopts a comprehensive qualitative and quantified approach to study the influencing factors of sustainable operation of cultural tourism town construction projects.Firstly,the article concludes the relevant literature at home and abroad,finds the shortcomings and experience inspiration,identifies the article to study the impact factors as the entry point,determines the article’s research scope,research methods and points of innovation;then,defines the relevant notions and introduces the relevant basic theories to establish the academic foundation for the article’s next research;secondly,combines the previous analysis and conducts field research,summarizes the cultural tourism Secondly,with the previous analysis and field research,we summarize the problems of sustainable operation of cultural tourism town construction projects;again,from the consideration of the whole life cycle of the project,we select the four stages of decision period,design period,construction period and operation period to determine the specific influencing factors,and finally determine the 23 factors affecting the sustainable operation of cultural tourism town construction projects,and construct the structural model of influencing factors explaining the sustainable operation of cultural tourism town construction projects,and obtain the 5-layer multi-level recursive structural model.Then,we divide the surface,middle and deep influencing factors,and we can get the 3 factors of resource endowment,location conditions and policy support as the root influencing factors.And the MICMAC methodology is used to conduct analysis on the sustainability operation of cultural tourism town construction project dependence and driving intensity of the influencing factors,and it is obtained that 23 influencing factors are interconnected and constantly coupled with each other.Finally,the corresponding guarantee measures of strengthening construction to build cultural brand,improving government guidance,insisting on industrial integration,broadening financing channels,rationalizing layout,optimizing talent team,and integrating green to help low-carbon environment protection are proposed in a targeted manner according to the model analysis results.To a certain extent,it enriches the theoretical research on cultural tourism town construction projects,helps to achieve the goal of standardized and healthy development of cultural tourism town construction projects,and offers useful drawbacks for the sustainable operation and development of cultural tourism town construction projects.
