Research On Guarantee Of Sustainable Development Of Dragonlion Sport In Colleges And Universities In Guangdong Province

Dragon-lion sport is a traditional Chinese sport,which is typical,educational and entertaining.To promote dragon-lion sport in colleges can enhance the national cohesion and national spirit of college students and carry forward and develop the excellent Chinese culture.Because the modernization of the dragon-lion sport started late and was influenced by popular sports,there are many problems when it comes to its development in Guangdong province.The study aims at the sustainable development of dragon-lion sport in 16 universities in Guangdong province,and adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and so on.Firstly,the cultural connotation of the dragon-lion sport was elaborated.Secondly,its development status in 16 universities and the relevant competition were analyzed.Finally,the main factors and problems in the process of ensuring the sustainable development of the dragon-lion sport were studied.Here are the research conclusions and suggestions:(1)The dragon-lion sport started relatively late,and its development system in colleges in Guangdong province is not complete.More research remains to be done.Furthermore,its cultural connotation and value should be explored further.So we should give full play to the advantages of dragon-lion sport,establish a scientific and systematic management mechanism to improve the campus dragon-lion sport culture;Encourage teachers or students to study dragon-lion sport and improve the strength and depth of relevant scientific research.(2)The focus of the development of Guangdong province university dragon-lion sport training should be on competition.If we ignore the cultural connotation,then the whole process of learning would cause the occurrence of "emphasis on technology,ignorance of culture".So we should optimize teaching settings and teaching theory to improve students’ understanding of dragon culture and their interest in a bid to make students not only master the dragon-lion dance "shape",but its spirit.(3)Colleges and universities in Guangdong province are short of professional dragon-lion sport teachers,so there are problems in the teaching process;During the development of the dragon-lion sport in colleges and universities,there are no speciallogistics personnel,which leads to the phenomenon of poor publicity of the dragon and lion culture and inadequate security guarantee.The training of professional teachers should be strengthened to improve the teaching ability.So school dragon lion sports should be equipped with professional logistics personnel management,and improve the human resources security.(4)Insufficient funds and a limited capital source is common in the development of Guangdong province university dragon-lion sport development,which has had a negative influence on its development scale and quality.The sustainable development in colleges should be more about its cultural value,cultural brand and the whole industry development,expanding the funding sources,increasing investment and guaranteeing the sustainable development of the dragon-lion sport in colleges and universities.(5)The publicity methods of dragon and lion dance events is limited,and the publicity effect is not satisfactory,resulting in a low level of social cognition,which to some extent weakens the enthusiasm of schools,teachers and students to participate in the dragon-lion sport.So the "network +" approach can be used.Various forms of publicity are adopted to improve their publicity,and to promote them in order to improve their social awareness.(6)The incentive and guarantee policies of dragon-lion sport in colleges of Guangdong province are not complete.The government department has no incentive policy for colleges and universities that have developed dragon-lion sport projects,and the schools have few and imperfect incentive measures for teachers and students engaged in dragon-lion sport.The material,spiritual and information incentive measures should be in place to improve the motivation of teachers and students to participate in the dragon and lion dance.(7)There are a lot of policies to ensure the sustainable development of the dragon-lion sport,but normally lack specific development policies.Moreover,schools fail to implement or fully implement them.The government should introduce more specific policies to encourage the development of traditional national culture;Schools should also carry out the relevant guarantee policies,take relevant measures according to the actual situation of schools,and promote the sustainable development of the dragon-lion sport.
