Research On The Cultivation Of Undergraduate Talents In Cultural Industry Management Specialty

As one of the ten fastest-growing industries in the world,cultural industry has become a pillar-oriented industry in developed countries led by the United States,Britain and Japan.The success of cultural industry in developed countries can not be separated from the government's active policy drive,the improvement of higher education system and the active participation of social organizations.Therefore,the rapid development of Chinese cultural industry has brought opportunities and challenges to the reform of higher education.This paper aims to explore the path of talent training in the cultural industry of universities,and collects the information of 201 universities and the talents training programs of some colleges in the China before September 2017.Through data analysis and information induction,,this paper presents the development process and the situation of the current culture management industry specialty by charts,and demonstrates it with concrete cases.Through five chapters,the paper combs the historical background of cultural industry management speciality,this paper clarifies the present situation of talent training in Chinese universities' cultural industry,analyzes the deficiencies of talent cultivation from three levels of government,university and society,and then puts forward the direction of market demand,strengthens government policy guidance and fund support,optimizes talent training program,To promote the model of cultivating talents in the new culture industry.The aim of the thesis is to break the misunderstanding of the"compound" talents in the cultural industry in the traditional training mode,and to train the professional talents with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the curriculum training system with wide scope,multiple modules,individuation and practice.Talent cultivation is a long-term and complicated systematic project.The problems existing in the talent training mode at this stage are difficult to be completely reversed in a short period of time.The problem of talent cultivation in the cultural industry is,in the final analysis,how to create an innovative atmosphere and cultivate innovative thinking in the whole society.Therefore,there are still plenty of opportunities for deep research and discussion in the field of talent cultivation in the cultural industry.In the future,the author will continue to pay attention to the construction of cultural industry disciplines,continue to track the latest progress in professional construction,and pay attention to industrial development and policy support,so as to provide a more valuable reference for follow-up researchers.
