The rapid growth of cultural creativity industry is the specific manifestation of the reforming development of the current socio-economic growth mode. Cultural creativity industry is a typical'brain'industry. Its'growth mode is the endogenous growth model. In this mode of economic growth, the rapid development of cultural creativity industry demands more and more human resources. While Chinese cultural creativity industry is developing by a high speed, the relative scarcity of human resources became a major factor to affect its'develop. Universities have the advantages of resources in the personnel training of cultural creativity industry. However, the current personnel training pattern cannot meet cultural creativity industry's special needs to human resources. Therefore, it's necessary to construct a new personnel training pattern which correspond the development of cultural creativity industry.The author summarized four problems according to investigated cultural creativity industry's development condition in China, scholars'researches and personnel training program of a college in Henan Province. The problems are: 1.the personnel training mode cannot meet the needs of society, 2.the teaching method is unitary, lacking practice, 3.the training mode is single, neglecting innovation training, and 4.the school education cannot keep up social pace.The author analyzed the education theory of constructivism, the development of cultural creativity industry, cultural creativity industry's requirement to human resources and studied the achievement of Chinese Communication University, Peking University, and Shanghai Theater Academy. The author proposed six strategies to construct universities'personnel training mode on cultural creativity industry. Setting up cultural creativity industry department, training students'ability and consciousness of innovation, improving students'industrial capacity, expanding the research base of cultural creativity industry, strengthening teachers'construction, putting forward more resources are the six strategies. These strategies have significance on theory discussion and practice.
