Research On The Quality And Influencing Factors Of The Undergraduate Talent Training Of Philosophy Major In J University

Philosophy is the world outlook and methodology,is the cornerstone of other disciplines,philosophy reflects the pursuit of human freedom,to their own continuous transcendence,so that the human truly out of the animal kingdom.International competition is becoming more and more fierce,which not only needs to vigorously promote the development of natural science,but also needs the prosperity of philosophy and social science.In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued a "strong foundation plan",with philosophy prominently included in the list,which shows the country’s emphasis on cultural soft power.In recent years,however,the philosophy of professional training of undergraduates and the contemporary social demand,there is a certain gap philosophy majors in colleges and universities are faced with the plight of admissions,a class of 40 people,are probably only five people take the initiative to enter oneself for an examination professional philosophy,research how to the training of specialists in the field of philosophy to satisfy social needs become the urgent needs of the society.Therefore,it is very important to have a deep understanding of the current situation and influencing factors of the talent cultivation quality of philosophy undergraduates in first-class universities,and to draw lessons from the beneficial experience related to the talent cultivation quality.This study J college students who major in philosophy as the research object,through the empirical analysis to explore the talent training quality present situation and influence factors,summed up the quantity of talent training experience,found that the philosophy of professional personnel training,the problems to be settled urgently and puts forward relevant countermeasures,in order to provide data support for the philosophy of professional personnel training.First of all,through literature reading,the quality view of undergraduate talent cultivation and the factors affecting the quality of undergraduate talent cultivation were sorted out,and then an open interview was conducted with philosophy major students of J University to understand the main factors affecting the quality of talent cultivation.Secondly,the author consulted relevant experts and sorted out relevant factors affecting the quality of talent cultivation for philosophy undergraduates in J University according to the suggestions of experts and the discussion of the research group.In combination with Marx’s theory on the all-round development of human beings,the quality of talent cultivation in this study is composed of moral quality,cultural quality,ability quality and psychological quality,and the influencing factors of talent cultivation quality include student quality,teacher quality,curriculum setting and campus environment.The design of the questionnaire refers to the previous studies of relevant scholars,and the designed questionnaire is solicited for expert suggestions.After the discussion and approval of the research group,the questionnaire will be distributed to the sophomores and seniors of philosophy major in J University in a combination of online and offline methods.Finally,the information of the collected questionnaires was compiled into SPSS22.0 statistical software to test the validity and reliability.Factor analysis was used to reduce the dimension of the items one by one,and then difference test and regression analysis were conducted.Based on regression analysis in-depth analysis influence J university philosophy major undergraduate talent training quality and quality of talent training quality present situation,the main factors found J university philosophy major undergraduate talent training quality is better,in the aspect of moral quality,cultural quality,ability quality effect is remarkable,and respect of students’ psychological quality is weak,The factors that affect the quality of talent training are in descending order:curriculum setting,students’ quality and teachers’ quality,while the campus environment has little influence on the quality of talent training.Summed up the J university philosophy in the process of talent training,have students self assessment is more objective,curriculum proportion of moderate,the advantages of the teachers’ knowledge reserves,at the same time there are also course content is insufficient,such problems as lack of effective interaction between teachers and students,and to put forward improving the quality of J university philosophy major undergraduate talents cultivation of several countermeasures: We should improve the openness of course content,strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,strengthen the training of students’ transfer ability,and increase students’ mental health education.
