Under the new economic normal,the importance of the cultural industry has become increasingly prominent.The Chinese government has gradually recognized the importance of developing cultural industries for economic growth,and has proposed the goal of accelerating the development of cultural industries and building a cultural power.With the emergence of emerging industries in the cultural industry,the demand for cultural industry talents is growing,and the quality of talents is also higher.The imbalance between supply and demand of talents is not conducive to the sustainable development of the cultural industry.As an important training unit of cultural industry talents,secondary vocational schools are the starting point for promoting the development of cultural industries.This paper intends to analyze the practice status,problems and causes of cultural industry talent training in secondary vocational schools in Fujian Province from the cultivation of cultural industry talents in Fujian secondary vocational schools,combining the theory of production and education integration,human resources theory and industrial agglomeration theory.It is pointed out that due to the current immature development of the cultural industry,the corresponding subject of secondary vocational schools is not clearly defined.Secondary vocational schools have no clear understanding of the development of cultural industries.The government and society attach great importance to the training of talents in secondary vocational schools.Not enough,the talent training mechanism is still under investigation.It also draws on the successful experience of cultural industry talent training in domestic and foreign vocational colleges,and further proposes the secondary talents as an important talent guarantee for urban development and cultural industries.In the process of personnel training,we must pay attention to the needs of the corresponding industries and markets,echo the development of the market economy,broaden our horizons in professional setting and curriculum arrangement,not stick to the training methods of traditional industries,pay attention to the cultivation of practical skills,and teach production.The concept of integration runs through the whole process of talent cultivation.And the government departments should strengthen thetop-level design,establish and improve the cultural industry laws and regulations,and provide a fair and open environment for the cultivation of cultural talents in the province. |
