The paper analyzes as well as structures the Mode of Talent Training ofSchool-enterprise Cooperation adapted to the Chinese Animation Industry inHeilongjiang province nowadays.Furthermore,it has practical significance to promotethe rapid development of animation industry and to meet the demand for animationtalent.Full-text includes the following sections.The first chapter is the introduction,themain contents are to define and clarify the basic concepts,research framework,basicmethod, basic train of thought and to review the status mode of domestic andinternational university animation talent at the same time.The second chaptersummarizes the mode of animation talents training in domestic university,followed byanalysis of the basic characteristics of the domestic animation talent demand.Thepersonnel structure of the animation industry has three levels, the first stage is theunderlying support service personnel,the second stage is the middle design anddevelopment talent and the last is the senior chief inspector,creative and originalpersonnel.In the third chapter,training pattern of the domestic university animation talent isanalyzed.The basic connotation of The Mode of Talent Training of School-enterpriseCooperation is a kind of training to develop the students’ overall quality and thecomprehensive ability and the employment competitive ability are served as the keypoint.It makes use of the the education environment and resources supported by theeducational institution and enterprise and the method that combined with participatingin practice and taking classroom teaching is adopted.In a word,it is the education modelwhich is to cultivate the talents possessed the comprehensive quality and innovativeability with the different needs of the employers.Its basic principle is theproduction-study-research combination, full participation, school-enterprisewin-win.The basic implementation is combining production and education, postdelimitation practice and its objective is to train students to adapt to the social andproductive practice,in addition to meet and promote the market demand for talents.The fourth chapter takes Heilongjiang area as an example and analyzes the need of the Mode of Talent Training of School-enterprise Cooperation,including the industryresource,policy resource,university and enterprise resources.The fifth chapter is todesign the mode.Its basic frame means to recruit art examinee and the four-yeareducation system is applied.Open animation professional basic course in grade one ortwo (Compulsory),cultural training course (required), public courses,public electivecourse,and the main goal is to lay a solid foundation of professional theory,moral andcultural foundation.The third grade course based on the students’ personal interest anduniversity or enterprise resources,combining the demand of animation talent market inHeilongjiang Province.Besides,it needs to meet with the appropriate forward-lookingprinciple by keeping the students shunting learning in different professional directions,such as film and television animation, animation production,animation direction ofproduct operation and marketing direction and the direction of animation creation.Offerprofessional direction course module (Compulsory), elective course module inprofessional animation major.Main courses are project curriculum mainly.The studentsin Grade one or two are taught in the university and the teachers are fromuniversities.The elective course of virtual project curriculum in third grade is taught inuniversity.The third grade of practical project courses are taught in college laboratory orenterprise and this time needs mainly the college teachers,auxiliary the enterpriseteaches.The third grade primary education goal is the professional direction oftheoretical basis.Furthermore,it is being equipped with the practical problem solvingability.The project of fourth grade is for practice and graduation design.The main courseare practical project courses,including enterprise project and the school scientificresearch item.The one who pass the graduation design can obtain a bachelor’sdegree.The fourth grade courses are all teaching in the enterprises by enterpriseteachers, but college teachers auxiliary.The project aims at the integration ofprofessional theory and practice skills and cultivate not only the actual ability to solvingproblems,but also the comprehensive quality related to the original,design andproduction,operation and management.
