There are no doubts that the achievements made in the course of development of Chinese as a foreign language for more than half a century,but the problems that accompanying which cannot be ignored.As the “Chinese fever” continues to heat up in the world,Chinese characters have been one of the most serious problems which gradually becomes a “bottleneck” that restricts the overall development.In addition,the rapid development and popularization of network technology are profoundly changing aspects of human society.The integration of "education" and "network" is bound to become a general trend.This research is based on the relevant researches on the teaching of Chinese characters in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Based on a large amount of research achievements from experts and scholars,the overall teaching ideas for the course design of selective courses for foreign students are determined.In principle,the ’linguistics’ and ’literal’ counterparts are not synchronized,and the ’recognition and diversion of Chinese characters’ recognition and writing are inconsistent.Secondly,based on the concept of “network Chinese character teaching resources” and the selection and the confirmation of some research materials,this paper chooses 32 teaching resources about network Chinese characters as samples to research in detail.According to the survey results,eight relatively excellent resources were selected to provide supports for the teaching of Chinese characters courses.Finally,combining the research results of two parts,the online Chinese character teaching resources will have been put to help the curriculum design of the Chinese character teaching.It will be shown specifically in the curriculum positioning,teaching objectives,teaching objects,teaching contents and use of network auxiliary resources.Based on the statistical results of the student survey questionnaire,this paper will further make the instructional design according to the “Chinese Character Stroke Rules”.This study aims to conduct curriculum design on the basis of the recognition and teaching rules of Chinese characters and to maximize the potential of the uniqueness and portability of network resources to enhance the interest in teaching external Chinese characters.In addition,it hopes to inspire learners and help the students to get rid of the thoughts that "Chinese character is difficult".Finally,this paper hopes that it can provide a practical method for the long-standing problem that "Chinese character is difficulty" in teaching Chinese as a foreign language to a certain extent.
