Objective:ego identity is a hot topic in adolescent research.It is a trend of modern education to apply self consistency group counseling to mental health,education in universities.This study,referring to previous studies,has developed a set of group counseling programs for college students' self identity design.In this group counseling,six college students with different self identity status were involved in group counseling,and the results of this tutorial were analyzed and discussed.Based on that,some suggestions for college students' mental health education were provided.Methods:1-4 college students of a comprehensive college in Zhuzhou issued "self identity status scale" pre-test screening of ego identity status in 6 different types of 6 students,a total of 36 students,divided into three groups:experimental group,control group?,control group ?,three groups of randomly selected a group as the experimental group counseling program intervention,control group I has nothing to do with the self-identity of group activities.The experimental group and control group ? received group counseling once a week,60 minutes each time,8 times.After the 8 activities were completed,the group members were measured by the post test,and the effect of the regiment was tested.One month after the end of the experiment,three groups were tested to examine the continuous effect of group counseling.Results:the experimental group members in the group counseling of self-identity test increased significantly in two dimensions,up to seven members of the same position of self tracking,measurement results of a month also showed that the experimental group after group counseling remains at the end of the effect of group counseling.Therefore,the self-identity group counseling program designed in this study can effectively promote the development of self identity of college students.Conclusion:self consistent group psychological counseling designed in this study can effectively promote the development of College Students' ego identity,and the effect of group counseling is continuous.The application of group guidance to the promotion of self identity of college students has a good promotion value.
