Exploratory Research On College Students' Self-efficacy Satya Model Group Counseling

General Self-efficacy is a total confidence when an individual response to the needs of different environment or face the new environment.General Self-efficacy is the necessary psychological quality for college student in them life 、 learning 、employment,、 interpersonal communication and marry for love and even mental health.This research takes together the concept、technology of the Satir Treatment Model with the traditional group guidance scheme,at the same time,considering of the theory,the activities,goals,and group characteristics integration,so as to build up a set of guidance scheme base on the Satir Theoretical Model.Using the questionnaire method and experimental method for the college students’ General Self-efficacy level proceed to present situation research and Group counseling experimental research.Independent variable is experimental treatment in this research,namely The Satir Model of group guidance scheme,this scheme is divided into groups founding stage,transition stage and working stage and ending stage.this study has two Dependent variables,one of is the Quantitative Evaluation,that is as the General Self-efficacy scale score for Measurement.The other one is Assessment Using Criterion Reference,that is through community satisfaction questionnaire to Investigate group members after they accept The Satir Model of the group counseling?s effect.After present situation research and experimental research found that college students? Self-efficacy does not exist differences on the demographic variables such as gender,grade,major.Satya model group counseling can effectively improve college students’ Self-efficacy,the pre-post test of Incremental level were significantly higher than blank group of Incremental level;College students’ Self-efficacy of Satir Model group guidance scheme have to Combine theory,objectives,activities and community features,so can reflect the effectiveness of the group guidance scheme;Base on self-exploration,meditation,home remodeling and other activities,college students’ Self-efficacy of Satir Model group guidance scheme should play emotional support,something positive,rational cognitive development of adaptive behavior and reconstruction,Be able to make affect for Group counseling groups.
