Objective:To investigate the effect of 131I on Graves'disease?GD?and its related factors in the border areas of Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou provinces. To optimize and improve these factors,to offer guidelines for clinical individualized program selection, and also hope to obtain higher cure rate and the best cure effect through the combination of clinical research. Methods:A total of 277 graves patients treated with 131I in The Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities were collected.Their sex, age, course of hyperthyroidism, whether to use anti hyperthyroidism drugs, history of drug withdrawal, iodine uptake rate of thyroid, thyroid nodule in B ultrasound were recorded.Thyroid hormone including free triiodothyronine?FT3?,free thyroxine?FT4?,thyroid stimulating hormone?TSH?,thyroid autoantibody including anti thyroglobulin antibody?TGAb?,anti thyroid microsomal antibody?TMAb?,thyroid peroxidase antibody?TPOAb?,thyrotropin receptor antibody?TRAb?.Follow-up 6 months after making 131I remedy, assess the therapeutic effect, and divide it into efficacious, unhealed, and hypothyroidism.Thereby to analyze and conclude the relevant factors of the impact of 131I treatment.Results:?1?Among 277 patients with Graves'disease,155 cases were effective, the effective rate was 55.96%,66 cases were not cured,23.83%,56 cases were hypothyroidism,20.22%.?2?Univariate analysis showed that iodine uptake rate in 2-hours radioactive iodine uptake, thyroid weight, iodine treatment amount, drug withdrawal history and exophthalmos were the related factors that affected the clinical efficacy of hyperthyroidism 131I treatment, and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.Gender,age,course of disease, history of ATD treatment, goiter, thyroid nodule,24-hour iodine uptake rate,FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAb had no significant difference with the efficacy?P>0.05?.?3?Logistic regression analysis outcomes:The weight of thyroid gland and exophthalmos were the major factors affecting the curative effect. No exophthalmos?or=0.035,95%CI=0.296?0.968,P=0.039?and less thyroid weight?or=1.017,95%CI=1.002?1.032,P=0.022?were found in patients with effective treatment.Conclusion:1.Findings of this study Graves'disease selection 131I,the overall effective rate of treatment was 76.18%,the curative effect was ideal within 6 months.2.The patients with Graves'disease with exophthalmos and thyroid gland weight were less cured by 131I treatment, which indicated that exophthalmos and thyroid weight were the adverse factors of131I treatment for Graves'disease.
