Investigation On Satisfaction With Payment Of Medical Insurance For Single Disease In Linyi City

With the continuous development of social economy,people's living standards have been improving.However,at present,the development of medical and health care in China lags far behind the development of economy,and the problems such as "expensive and difficult to see a doctor" and great pressure on government financial funds have become extremely concerned by the government and people.Problems such as insufficient government investment in health,narrow coverage and low level of medical insurance,unreasonable allocation of medical resources and payment methods of medical expenses are all factors that lead to a sharp rise in medical expenses.The reform of payment methods for single diseases has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.Therefore,taking patients with single-disease payment in medical insurance as survey objects from the perspective of government supervision,this paper studies the status quo,influencing factors and restrictive factors of the overall satisfaction of single disease payment,which is helpful in solving the problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment for ordinary people,alleviating the conflict between doctors and patients,realizing the sustainable development of medical and health undertakings,and establishing the authority of the government and implementing the people-oriented development concept.Based on the patient's perspective,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,and makes a statistical analysis among 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and the overall satisfaction of single-disease payment.Finally,it concludes the status quo,key factors and constraints that affect the overall satisfaction of single-disease payment of medical insurance in Linyi City.After investigation and study,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The average satisfaction of the patients who pay for single disease in Linyi City is 4.37,which indicates that the patients are quite satisfied with the policy of single-disease payment in Linyi City.The first-level indicators that affect the overall satisfaction of single-disease medical insurance payment are: patients' satisfaction with the work of medical insurance institutions,medical treatment process,medical expenses and the quality of single-disease medical insurance payment policy.In the descending order of importance,influencing factors are: satisfaction with reimbursement ratio of single-disease medical insurance,satisfaction with handling service attitude,satisfaction with service attitude of medical staff,satisfaction with number and coverage of diseases.(2)Among the demographic characteristics of the patients paying for single disease in Linyi City,age and individual education level have significant differences in the influence on the overall satisfaction of paying for single disease,while gender,marital status and economic income have no significant differences.(3)The satisfaction score of patients with single-disease payment in Linyi City to the work of medical insurance institutions is 4.35,which is at a high level,and its influencing factors are: the satisfaction of handling work efficiency,handling service attitude,medical insurance publicity work,medical insurance handling environment,etc.;The satisfaction score of medical treatment process is 4.17,which is at the lowest level,and its influencing factors are: admission and discharge process,diagnosis and treatment process,satisfaction with medical staff's service attitude and diagnosis and treatment environment;The satisfaction with medical expenses is the highest,with a score of 4.59,which is at the highest level,and its influencing factors are: satisfaction with the reimbursement ratio of single-disease medical insurance and satisfaction with the reimbursement process of single disease medical insurance;The satisfaction score for the quality of single-disease payment policy is 4.39,which is at a relatively high level,and its influencing factors are: the number and coverage of diseases,the degree of policy cognition,the soundness of policy supporting measures and the recognition of single-disease policy.
