Objective: To study the effect of multimodal analgesia on the perioperative recovery of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: From January 2018 to December 2019,100 patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and multi-mode analgesia group(50 cases). The pain mediators and inflammatory factors of the two groups were measured and analyzed on the first day before operation, the third day and the seventh day after operation. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in five stress indexes before operation: TAC,SOD,CAT,ROS,GSH-Px and IL-6(p > 0.05).On the 7th day after operation, the inflammatory factors in the multimodal analgesia group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p < 0.05).The results of TAC,SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in the observation group were higher than those in the observation group on the 3rd and 7th day after operation, while ROS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion: The application of perioperative multimodal analgesia in colorectal cancer patients can reduce the stress response of patients and shorten the time of inflammatory response. To speed up the postoperative exhaust time, reduce the average length of stay, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications has a positive effect on the rapid recovery of patients during the perioperative period.
