Objective:Study the specific implementation of postoperative enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)programs for colorectal cancer patients and its influence of the patients~'postoperative recovery.Analyze its treatment effect. Methods:Sixty patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups:ERAS group(n=30)and traditional group(n=30).Sixty patients were all undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. The patients of ERAS group were administrated ERAS treatment programs. The patients of traditional group were administrated traditional treatment programs.Inflammatory indices, immunity indexes and other correlated clinical indexes(postoperative hospitalization duration, the first flatus time after surgery, the incidence of short-term complications)of the two groups were compared. Results:The postoperative inflammatory indices(CRP?IL-6?TNF-?)of ERAS group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The immunity indexes(C3?C4?IgA?IgM?IgG)of ERAS group were significantly higher than those in traditional group(P<0.05).As compared to traditional group, the time of first flatus after surgery[(36.7±10.4)h vs.(74.5±13.6)h,P=0.00],postoperative hospitalization duration[(12.1±2.1)d vs.(15.9±3.6)d,P=0.00]and the incidence of short-term complications[0.0%(0/30)vs.16.7%(5/30),P=0.02]were significantly different in statistics.Conclusion:1.Surgical treatment of patients with colorectal cancer will cause the decline of immune indexes(C3?C4?IgA?IgM?IgG)and elevate the inflammatory indexes(CRP?IL-6?TNF-?).2.Theapplication of ERAS treatment programs can promote the recovery of postoperative immune indexes(C3?C4?IgA?IgM?IgG),reduce postoperative inflammatory indexes(CRP?IL-6?TNF-?),promote the recovery of intestinal function, reduce the incidence of postoperative short-term complications after surgery for the patients with colorectal cancer. |
