Objective: Analysis and research in the plateau region, will accelerate the rehabilitation of surgery applied to laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery effectiveness and safety. Methods: A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer were enrolled in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University in October 2015.The patients who underwent perioperative rehabilitation regimen were the study group,A total of 41 cases, given conventional treatment for the control group,a total of 39 cases.By analyzing and comparing the differences between the two groups in terms of surgical safety and efficacy. Results: There were no significant differences in age, sex,ASA grading, tumor location and staging and chronic comorbidities between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in the average operative time between the two groups(P> 0.05).The patients in the rehabilitation group have shorter postoperative ventilation time than the control group. The average hospitalization time and the total hospitalization cost were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Two groups of patients, after surgery were stable recovery, and rehabilitation discharged. The incidence of postoperative complications was low in the accelerated rehabilitation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no positive correlation between the two groups and no tumor residue. There was no significant difference in the number of lymph nodes between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Enhanced recovery after surgery combined with laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery is effective.2.Enhanced recovery after surgery combined with laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery is safe.3.In the plateau region to promote and apply to enhanced recovery after surgery can achieve good social and economic benefits.
