Objective: To investigate the application of ERAS in radical surgery of colorectal cancer. Methods:The cases of colorectal surgery admitted to shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university from January 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 66 cases in the ERAS group and 86 cases in the traditional surgery group were included according to the established standards. The preoperative and postoperative measurement and counting indexes were statistically analyzed. Results: Comparison of general preoperative data showed that the statistical analysis results of age, gender, preoperative albumin, preoperative albumin and preoperative lymphocyte count showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparison of postoperative statistical data showed that the first exhaust time in the ERAS group was3.15 0.73,and that in the traditional group was 3.91 1.15,P<0.001.The ERAS group had an incidence of 7.6%,the traditional group had an incidence of 20.9%,2=5.053,P=0.025.The mean values of albumin, prealbumin and postoperative lymphocyte counts in the ERAS group were higher than those in the traditional surgery group(P<0.05),suggesting statistically significant results. The ERAS in the postoperative pain rating of the patients in the 1,3,5 and 7 days group was smaller than that in the traditional group,P<0.05,and the results were statistically significant. There was no significant difference in albumin level between the first day after operation. In terms of anastomotic fistula, anastomotic bleeding, intestinal obstruction, fungal infection, intrapulmonary and abdominal infection and other complications,P>0.05,no significant difference was found between the ERAS group and the traditional surgery group. Conclusion:Compared with the traditional group, the ERAS group had a faster nutritional recovery rate, earlier exhaust time, lower postoperative pain score and the incidence of intestinal flora disorder, and did not increase the incidence of other complications. In colon cancer patients, the ERAS concept is safe and effective.
