Background and Purpose: Mycoplasma is one of the common pathogens of human urogenital tract. After the pathogen infects the human urogenital tract,it can cause different diseases of the urogenital tract system. At the same time, with the widespread use of antibiotics, various antibiotics' resistance have changed. At present, many domestic and foreign studies have shown that human urogenital mycoplasma infections are on the rise, and the resistance rates of different antibiotic drugs have also changed. At the same time, the infection and drug resistance of urogenital tract mycoplasma have different changes over time.To understand the changes in urogenital mycoplasma infection and drug resistance in the Humen area of Dongguan in the past 10 years, the collected datas has analyzed, and guidances are provided for clinical medication and prevention.Methods:50074 specimens of patients suspected to be urogenital tract infections collected from the outpatient departments of dermatology, obstetrics and gynecology, urology and other outpatient clinics of Jinan University Affiliated Dongguan Hospital in the year of 2011,2015 and 2018,were selected to use Zhuhai,Guangdong Livzon Reagent Co.Ltd.'s Ucoplasma urealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)culture identification drug susceptibility kit(Mycoplasma ICS Kit)for testing, the mycoplasma culture results and drug sensitivity results were analyzed. Results:In the year of 2011,2015 and 2018,a total of 50074 specimens were tested,22511 were positive, with a total positive rate of 45.0%;the positive rates were 48.3%(4379/9070),44.9%(8997/20024),and 43.5%(9135/20980)in the year of 2011,2015,and 2018,the differences in the rate of change was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among 22511 positive cases,20177 were females and 2334 were males, the total detection rate of females was 52.4%(20177/38489),which was higher than that of males, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),in which the detectionrate of mycoplasma in males and females in different years showed a decreased trend, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the positive cases, positive patients were mainly 21-30 years old,and women were the most in different age groups. The susceptibility test results of macrolides, quinolones and tetracyclines showed that the resistance rate to macrolides and quinolones generally increased, while the resistance rate to tetracyclines decreased, with the difference was statistically significant respectively(P<0.05);among them, the drug resistance rate to ciprofloxacin was the highest, which was highly resistant;followed by erythromycin, and minocycline was the lowest. Conclusions:The detection rate of urogenital mycoplasma in Humen area of Dongguan showed a downward trend, with the highest resistance rate to ciprofloxacin, followed by erythromycin, and the lowest resistance rate to minocycline and doxycycline. As a result, minocycline and doxycycline can be the first choices of therapeutic agents.
