Objective:By analyzing the separation rate and the sensitivity of antimicrobial drugs in the sputum specimens of children with acute lower-respiratory tract infection who were hospitalized from November 2015 to November 2017 in children's hospital in Jiangxi province, the aim is to provide guidance for more reasonable clinical treatment of children with clinical Haemophilus influenzae infection? Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of 780 cases of sputum samples from children hospitalized in jiangxi provincial children's hospital from November 2015 to November 2017.To collect and collect the clinical data of these children(including gender, age, course of disease, etc.)and the resistance of haemophilus influenzae of sputum samples. The children's qualified sputum specimens were cultured and the drug sensitivity test was conducted, and the isolation culture and identification of HI were carried out.The drug sensitivity test was based on the interpretation results of the American clinical and laboratory standardization association(CLSI)m100-s26.SPSS17.0statistical software was used to analyze the relevant data, and the percentage of the counting data was expressed as a percentage, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:Sputum specimens of the communist party of China hemophilies influenzae isolated 110 strains, detection rate was 14.1%(110/780),in the detection of bacteria in the first place, boy with isolated 75 strains of haemophilus influenzae, girl with separation to 35 strains, detection rate was 15.1%(75/498)and 12.4%(35/282),the difference was not statistically significant(?= 0.132,P = 0.719).H.influenzae compound new north Ming,ampicillin,cefaclor,amoxicillin/clavulanic acid potassium, cefuroxime, tetracycline resistant rate of 59.6%,58.5%,30.1%,23.6%,22.5% and 5.8%,of imipenem, levofloxacin, cefotaxime, rifampicin, azithromycin, tetracycline of the sensitive rate of were higher than 80.0%.Conclusion:1.Haemophilus influenzae is still the primary pathogenic bacteria in children with lower respiratory tract infection;2.Most antimicrobial agents have a good antibacterial activity against haemophilus influenzae, but the drug resistance rate of haemophilus influenzae is still relatively high for the compound new norming and ampicillin;3.Imipenem,levofloxacin,cefotaxime,rifampicin,azithromycin,tetracycline for haemophilus influenzae sensitive rate is higher, the clinician should be based on the sensitive rate of the commonly used antimicrobial agents, reasonable choose to use of antibacterial drugs.
