| ObjectiveObserve the clinical efficacy of Qingda Granules in treating patients with Yang Syndrome Grade 1 hypertension,understand the effects of drugs on blood pressure variability and heart rate variability,and explore possible antihypertensive mechanisms and cardioprotective effects.MethodsUsing the randomized control method,90 patients with Yang Syndrome Grade 1hypertension who met the criteria were randomly divided into a control group of 45 cases and a therapy group of 45 cases.The control group was given conventional basic western medicine treatment,and the therapy group was given the basic western medicine treatment while taking Qingda Granules.The treatment period was 14 days.Observe the blood pressure,plasma renin,angiotensin II,aldosterone,24 h systolic blood pressure variation coefficient,24 h diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient,Changes in the mean RR interval,the mean standard deviation of the RR interval,root mean square of the difference between adjacent RR intervals,and the total score of TCM syndromes.Results1.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were gender,age,hypertension level,cardiovascular risk stratification,symptom score,total syndrome score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,plasma renin,angiotensin II,aldosterone and 24 h systolic blood pressure variation coefficient,24 h diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient,standard diviation of RR intervals,standard diviation average of RR intervals,root mean square of the difference between adjacent RR intervals was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and it was comparable.2.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the total scores of TCM syndromes in the therapy group and the control group were 88.88% and 35.55%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the clinical efficacy rates of blood pressure in the therapy group and the control group were 86.67% and 48.89%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the diastolic blood pressure of the therapy group decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the decrease of systolic blood pressure was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.After treatment,plasma renin activity,angiotensin II,and aldosterone decreased in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the treatment group 24 h systolic blood pressure variation coefficient,24 h diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient decreased,standard diviation of RR intervals,standard diviation average of RR intervals,root mean square of the difference between adjacent RR intervals increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);control group 24 h systolic blood pressure variation coefficient,24 h diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient,standard diviation of RR intervals,standard diviation average of RR intervals,root mean square of the difference between adjacent RR intervals,the changewas not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.During the clinical trial,the safety indicators of all patients were within the normal range,and there were no adverse events such as hypotension,abnormal liver and kidney function,gastrointestinal discomfort,and allergic reactions.ConclusionQingda Granules can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with Yang S yndro-me Grade 1 hypertension,and have a good effect on lowering blood pressure,es pecial-ly for Diastolic blood pressure;it has an inhibitory effect on patients’ Renin-Angi otensi-nⅡ-Aldosterone System levels,and can reduce patients’ Blood pressure variability and i-ncrease Blood pressure variability.Large standard diviation of RR intervals,standar d di-viat-ion average of RR intervals,root mean square of the difference between adjac ent RR intervals have protective effects on the cardiovascular system. |
