Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with scraping on lower limb motor dysfunction after cerebral infarction. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,74 patients with motor dysfunction of lower limbs after cerebral infarction who were admitted to the Acupuncture Department and encephalopathy Department of the second people's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into acupuncture combined with scraping group(test group)and acupuncture group(control group),37 cases in each group. The experimental group(acupuncture points: Neiguan,Renzhong,Sanyinjiao,Jiquan, zize, and Weizhong;scraping meridians: governor meridian from Dazhui to Mingmen;foot taiyin jing from jimen to sanyinjiao)and the control group(acupuncture points: Neiguan,Renzhong,Sanyinjiao,Jiquan, zize, and Weizhong). The changes of Fugl-Meyer(FMA),i EMG,RMS,NIHSS and FAC in the two groups before and after treatment were recorded. The clinical effects were evaluated by statistical software.Results:1.Results of FMA score: the FMA score of the experimental group and the control group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was also statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.i EMG results: the i EMG of rectus femoris, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius muscle(hereinafter referred to as "four active muscles")in the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.01).The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.RMS results: the RMS of the four main active muscles in the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.01).The difference between the two groups after treatment was also statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.NIHSS score results: the scores of NIHSS in the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment, and there was a significant statistical difference compared with before treatment(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).5.Efficacy evaluation: Based on the clinical efficacy evaluation of FAC score changes,37 cases were included in the experimental group,7 cases were dropped,26 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 86.67%;37 cases were included in the control group,6 cases were dropped,20 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 64.52%.There was a statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with scraping and simple acupuncture can improve the FMA score of patients with lower extremity hemiplegia caused by wind phlegm and stasis and increase the patient's i EMG and RMS points.Acupuncture combined with scraping is better than simple acupuncture.2.Acupuncture combined with scraping and simple acupuncture can improve the NIHSS score of the lower limbs of hemiplegia with cerebral infarction of wind phlegm and stasis, but there is no statistical significance between the two groups.3.Acupuncture combined with scraping is better than acupuncture in improving lower limb motor dysfunction of cerebral infarction caused by wind, phlegm and blood stasis.
