Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of motor function and the self-care ability through observation on cerebral infarction patients, exploring acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction onset of central mechanisms, for which provide an objective assessment of the efficacy of the means, and the effect of acupuncture treatment on patients with resting-state in brain functional network connectivity. Methods:There were60cases of cerebral infarction patients that met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria which were randomly divided into acupuncture group (30cases) and the conventional treatment group (30cases), select healthy people as the control group (6cases). The Acupuncture treatment group subjects was treat with the basics of conventional therapy3courses for a period of acupuncture treatment, the conventional treatment group only received the conventional treatment, the healthy control group is not received any treatment related to the subject, the conventional treatment group only received the conventional treatment, the normal healthy control group without is not received any treatment related to the subject. Treat3courses of treatment and follow up12weeks.Evaluate the result Using the NIHSS scale and Barthel index, Using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging, to collect the before and after treatment and control group resting-state functional MRI data, also use the soft of REST to comparing the before and after treatment data with control group resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging data.Results:1.Compared with before treatment, treatment and follow-up of12weeks after the acupuncture treatment group and routine treatment group can reduce the scores of NIHSS scale, improve the Barthel index score, statistically significant difference (P<0.01); Compared with the conventional treatment group, after12weeks of treatment and follow-up acupuncture group were significantly lower scores of NIHSS scale, improve the Barthel index score, the more similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05, P< 0.01).2. Compared with control group, among all network functional connectivity of the patients with ipsilateral cerebral motor cortex and contralateral precentral gyrus was weakened, and cerebellar functional connectivity was enhanced. After acupuncture treatment was found that encephalic region with reduced functional network connectivity between ipsilateral cerebral motor cortex and contralateral precentral gyrus area was narrow and close to normal encephalic region functional connectivity. The conventional treatment group appears on the ipsilateral cerebral motor cortex and contralateral frontal gyrus of the central functions to strengthen the functional connection signal abnormalities after treatment. Conclusion:Acupuncture with conventional therapy improves the role of cerebral neurological function and activities of daily living on cerebral infarction patients than the single Conventional treatment; acupuncture improve cerebral neurological function and activities of daily living in patients mechanism may relevant with the improvement of cerebral resting-state functional network connectivity between ipsilateral cerebral motor cortex and contralateral precentral gyrus.
