Object:Through the observation of the clinical effect of pressing point massage in the treatment of cold Bell palsy with ear pain,to explore the effectiveness of pressing point massage in the treatment of cold Bell palsy, and to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of Bell palsy. Methods:In this study,60 patients with Bell palsy were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group. The two groups were treated with filiform acupuncture as the basic treatment. After the basic treatment, the observation group was pasted with corresponding acupoints and massaged. The selected acupoints were Yang Bai,sun,Ying Xiang, buccal car,Di Cang and Yi Feng.Paste the pressing needle after point selection and disinfection to teach the patient massage method: select the sitting position, press the abdomen point of the middle finger of both hands on the pressing needle pasted on the two sides of the points, rotate the fingers in a circular way,and rub eight eight rhythmic points alternately clockwise and then anticlockwise. Each point is rubbed for about 1min left and right. The massage strength is soft, and the technique should not be too heavy.Take the local warm feeling as the degree, three times a day. After three massages, press the needle to remove. In the control group, the pulse electrotherapy instrument was connected, and the acupoints were Yang Bai,sun, ground warehouse, buccal car,Yifeng and Fengchi. The waveform was density wave, the frequency was set at 5-10 Hz,the magnitude of the current was suitable for patients to tolerate. In the acute phase, the regulating current was only micro motion of the facial muscles, and the needle was run for 15min;in the static phase, the regulating current gradually reached moderate intensity stimulation, and the needle was run for 30 min.5 days of treatment is a course of treatment,2 days of rest,a total of 4 courses.H-B rating scale, facial disability index(FDI)scale and self-designed postauricular pain scale were selected as the evaluation criteria of clinical efficacy, which were evaluated once respectively after the first diagnosis, the second week of treatment and the end of the fourth course of treatment.Result:1.At the initial diagnosis, the patients' gender, age and course of disease were statistically analyzed,P value was greater than 0.05,the difference was not statisticallysignificant, with comparability;for the initial diagnosis of the two groups,H-B Rating Scale score and FDI scale score were statistically analyzed,P value was greater than 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, with comparability.2.There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P < 0.05).The H-B scale score and FDI scale score of the observation group and the control group were statistically analyzed among the groups respectively, among which the fourth course of FDI body score of the two groups was p < 0.05,the observation group was better than the control group, the second course and the fourth course of FDI social score were P <0.05,the observation group was better than the control group, and the treatment effect of the two groups was significantly different;3.The results of post auricular pain score showed that P > 0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups. After the course of treatment, the time of pain relief in the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture and pressing point rubbing are effective in the treatment of bell bell palsy;2.There was no significant difference in the general effect of electroacupuncture and pressing point rubbing in the treatment of bell bell palsy.3.Pressing needle and rubbing can effectively relieve the bad mood of bell paralysis patients.4.The time of pain relief in the two groups was better than that in the control group.
